ROOM STYLES:
All rooms have hairdryers, cable TV, and a coffee maker with complimentary tea and coffee. Complimentary high speed wireless internet.

Standard Rooms:
These rooms have an interior atrium or lobby view. The rooms feature maple furnishings finished in natural tones and artwork inspired by Canada's Group of Seven artists. These rooms can accommodate up to four adults in a room with two queen beds, or two adults in a room with one queen bed.

Superior Rooms:
Superior rooms all have an exterior view, with some rooms having a balcony. The rooms feature maple furnishings finished in natural tones and artwork inspired by Canada's Group of Seven artists. These rooms can accommodate up to four adults in a room with two queen beds or two adults in a room with one queen bed.

Premium Rooms:
Located at the front of the building facing onto Banff Avenue. These well appointed rooms feature beautifully finished maple furniture in warm earth tones. The comfortable queen size bed is complimented by the romance of the gas fireplace. Second floor Premium rooms feature a spacious balcony.

ADULT:
An adult is considered to be 16+ years.

DINING:
Caramba Restaurante features mediterranean food with a twist, in casual and inviting surroundings.

FACILITIES:
Health club complete with jacuzzis, sauna and steamroom.

PARKING:
Complimentary underground heated parkade.

EXTRAS
Each guest receives a Best of Banff booklet. This booklet entitles you to great discounts and special offers at leading Bnff retailers and other service providers.

BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 72hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation notice required during the Christmas/NYE season.
