Bow View Lodge 
The Bow View Lodge is the only hotel located directly beside the Bow River. Affiliated with the Banff Park Lodge which is adjacent, giving you complimentary access to a number of superior amenities.
LOCATION:
Perfectly located downtown, just two and a half blocks from downtown Banff, shopping, dining and entertainment only a short walk away. The Bow View Lodge is also the only hotel located directly beside the Bow River.
ROOM STYLES:
Each room has cable television, coffee/tea and convenience fridge. All rooms on the second and third floors have step out balconies.
Standard Rooms:
Renovated in 2003 featuring two double beds.
View Rooms:
View Rooms offer exceptional views of either the Bow River or Mount Norquay and Cascade Mountain.Choose from Bow River View Rooms with one queen bed or one king bed along with a hide-a-bed. Also offering a room with two double beds and a hide-a-bed that have a River View. Mountain View Rooms offer two double beds or two double beds and a hide-a-bed.
Family Rooms:
Family Rooms consist of two private bedrooms with one shared bathroom.One bedroom offers one queen bed and a hide-a-bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. All Family Rooms have a cable television in each bedroom of the suite.
The River Suite
The only Suite in Banff overlooking the Bow River. It has two queen size beds with sumptuous down-filled duvets, a walk-in shower for two with a rain shower head and three body sprays, 37" plasma television, air-conditioning with in-room climate control, seating area with oversized windows to optimize the spectacular view, microwave, coffeemaker with built in grinder and a IPod docking station. This Suite can be converted to a meeting room for up to 24 people.

An adult is considered to be 16+ years.

PARKING:
Outdoor parking, if space is available, indoor heated parking at the Banff Park Lodge.
BOOKING POLICIES:
Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival. $20 + tax administration fee will be charged if cancelled at any time after booking. For reservations cancelled 48hrs prior to arrival a one nights stay plus taxes charged as penalty. Please note there is a 14 day cancellation notice required duringthe Christmas/NYE season with a non refundable one night deposit.
